(Clarete is an officially classified style of rosado, well-known within Rioja but almost never found outside the region. Different from most other roses on the market. Clarete is vinified like a red, with short skin contact during fermentation- It is traditionally a blend of both viura white grape and two different reds, Tempranillo or Garnacha. Clarete has a lifted floral component on the nose and is typically clean and bright on the palate. It is refreshing on its own but also pairs perfectly with assorted tapas and summer fare.)
